About the NOAA-CAP

PARTICIPATION IN THE NOAA-CAP IS AT NO COST FOR ELIGIBLE NOAA SBIR PHASE II AWARDEES.

NOAA awarded Larta in September 2016 with the opportunity to develop and implement a commercialization assistance program for its active SBIR Phase II awardees; the NOAA Commercialization Assistance Program (NOAA-CAP).

During this program, Larta develops profiles of each participating NOAA SBIR company to assess their target markets and gaps in their market readiness, which provides a snapshot of the company’s likely trajectory through the program.

Phase II awardees will be receiving one-on-one guidance from a specially assigned Larta Principal Advisor (PA) on their specific commercialization milestones via Larta’s Commercialization Strategy Report™ (CSR).

Interactions with the PA are one-on-one and just-in-time, keeping the awardees ever changing needs, technology status, and commercialization gaps in mind. For more information, please check Program Details.

Larta also helps Phase II companies connect with corporate partners via our Industry Advisory Boards (when appropriate), which serve as an important source for feedback on the companies’ commercialization strategy, market insights, and technology fit.
